You have the right to request deletion of your personal data or business data from FlowOS at any time — no questions asked. To submit a request, simply email us at lekanolawale477@gmail.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request', and include the email address or business name associated with your FlowOS account. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process it fully within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove the following data from our systems: (a) All customer conversation data processed through your WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and email channels. (b) Your business profile information, including name, contact details, and account settings. (c) Product catalogs, menus, FAQs, pricing lists, and any other business content uploaded to the platform. (d) Team member accounts and user-level preferences linked to your business account. (e) Your email address and any other personal information submitted via waitlist or onboarding forms.
In certain limited circumstances, we are required or permitted to retain some data even after a deletion request: (a) Financial and transactional records — such as payment history and invoices — may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Nigerian tax and financial regulations. (b) Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot be used to identify any individual or business may be retained to improve platform performance. (c) Any data we are legally compelled to retain by a court order or regulatory authority. All retained data is held securely and is never used for commercial purposes. All other data is deleted within 30 days of your request.
If you choose to close your FlowOS business account, all associated customer data, conversation history, uploaded catalogs, and account settings will be permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure. Before initiating account termination, you can export all your data from your account dashboard in CSV or JSON format. Once the 30-day window closes and deletion is confirmed, this data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before submitting a termination request.
